Lava's IvoryS 4G is a 7-inch tablet with voice calling capabilities, will cost you Rs 8,799

The Lava IvoryS 4G sports a 7-inch display bearing a resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels.
The slate utilises a 1GHz quad-core processor of unknown make, mated to 1GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB internal memory, further expandable up to 32GB by inserting a microSD card. For imaging, the device offers a 5MP autofocus rear snapper with an LED flash and full HD video recording, and a 3.2MP selfie shooter. A 3,000mAh battery keeps it alive, promising to offer up to eight hours of talk time.

The Lava IvoryS 4G has been priced at Rs 8,799, and will be available on e-commerce portals and major brick-and-mortar retail stores across the country. The slate comes in blue with black and white with silver colour variants.


Lava has launched a new Android tablet dubbed the IvoryS 4G. The slate comes as a 4G LTE-enabled variant of the Lava IvoryS, which was launched in April 2014. Apart from the regular connectivity options, the device offers dual-SIM slots and voice calling capabilities. The budget tablet runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, but there's no word if it will be getting the Marshmallow update or not.
